This discussion delves into the implementation of carbon taxes worldwide to combat Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions. The debate revolves around the choice between supporting or opposing carbon tax measures, with the tax serving as a stick (punishment). To achieve the UN goals, however, further changes are necessary, and perhaps a carrot (reward) can offer a solution. The tax is a stick, but change is still required to meet UN goals.
