ALECA has invited Dr. Mazlan Madon as their guest speaker on July 22nd! He is a professional geologist and is the advisor to the Malaysian Continental Shelf Project, under the National Security Council (Majlis Keselamatan Negara), Prime Minister’s office. Dr. Mazlan will be presenting a topic entitled ‘Geology and the Law of the Sea’.
