Recognising a participants experience and prior knowledge, this course extends traditional exploration methods into AGILE, demonstrated with the ALECA tools. Through a case study, participants will mature an exploration prospect, calculate HCIIP & MEFS, compare & contrast risk to deliver an exploration proposal. Topics covered: Exploration project gantt chart - iterative collaboration, scope of work - data discovery & focus evolution, prospect maturation with range of HCIIP, play & prospect risking, risk register - communicate uncertainty, multi-disciplinary collaboration & communication, minimum economic field size (MEFS), analogues - what makes a good one, ALECA project management & modules
